Asset Tracing
Asset tracing that finds what a subject didn't disclose
Cross-border identification and verification of real property, corporate holdings, bank relationships and hidden assets, reconciled against primary registries across seven jurisdictions.
Asset tracing exists to answer a single question: what does a subject actually own, and where. FLSS conducts asset tracing for litigation counsel, judgment creditors, corporate clients and institutional investors who need a verified picture of a subject's true financial position before enforcing a judgment, structuring a settlement or entering a transaction.
Our process identifies real property, corporate shareholdings, bank and brokerage relationships, vehicle and vessel registrations, and intellectual property holdings across every jurisdiction a subject or its principals touch. Findings are cross-checked against corporate registries, land title offices and court judgment records rather than aggregated consumer databases.
Every asset identified is reconciled through the GlobalScan Data Intelligence Vault and validated through our AIRP methodology, so the resulting file supports enforcement action or settlement negotiation rather than raising more questions than it answers.
