Project Goal
The aim of FLSS Group of Companies:
The construction and development of:
- 1 paper and related products recycling plant
- 1 plastic and related products recycling plant
- 1 glass and related products recycling plant
- 1 rubber and related products recycling plant
- 16-30 recycling plant collection stations
In relation to the construction of these recycling plants and materials depots, FLSS are also aimed at building a complete community-based Satellite support town. The satellite town will be complete with infrastructure of houses, schools, power, commercial districts and other related urban development town requirements such as sewage and water supplies rendering it self-sustaining. An initial estimation of 2,000 full-time unskilled labor positions will be opened taking into consideration the estimated family sizes and relocation efforts.
The development of the FLSS project is aimed at humanitarian objectives in which unemployed and non-skilled individuals are able to attain full-time employment. The development of the housing and infrastructure projects is subject to the requirements and success of the recycling plants. As such this project in all would see the employment of some 5,000 persons nationally with an estimated further 10,000 jobs being created within the satellite support town. Additional employment will also be created at the recycling plant collection stations to be found nationwide.
Housing will be deployed and sold at extremely low-cost and long-term interest rates. The housing units will be constructed in order to enable the recycling plant employees to purchase low-cost homes on free hold title by way of low interest infrastructure housing loans funded by the FLSS housing project.
